OUR CARBON FOOTPRINT

We were the first UK property manager to go carbon neutral back in 2007 and have spent many years pioneering sustainability in our industry. We have set energy reduction targets across our Portfolio, and we participate annually in the Carbon Disclosure Project.

We work closely with our investment and development partners to ensure that the buildings we build today will become flagships of sustainability as they complete and become fully operational in the future.

We are proud operators of the first Excellent BREEAM rated aparthotel in the UK, Empire Warehouse.
