Go Native was founded in 1998 by entrepreneur Guy Nixon, who identified a gap in the UK market for an apartment living concept that offered the service and flexibility of hotels with the space and comfort of a long term rental apartment.

Go Native is one of the pioneering UK aparthotel brands first established in 1998 to deliver a superior quality boutique temporary accommodation offering to the corporate relocation market. Over the years, our portfolio has grown from a handful of small blocks across London to become one of the largest portfolios of purpose built or refurbished aparthotel developments across London and all major UK cities.

Recognising a shift in demand from our corporate clients towards long-term accommodation, we made our first move into the Build to Rent market in 2012.

Our experience in the design, development and operation of some of the largest and most commercially successful aparthotels in the UK has positioned us well to support a broad range of institutional and high net worth investors in the rapidly emerging Build to Rent market.
