The former home of Manchester Metropolitan University, this £140m redevelopment of the 4-acre site includes two listed derelict warehouses that will be transformed into spectacular canal side lofts located in the Manchester Piccadilly. This includes the construction of two new build residential buildings and the transformation of the former 1960’s University Tower.

The scheme is being developed around a central square offering an extensive range of artisan retail and imaginative office space to bring this formerly derelict site back to life. Mount Anvil are the lead contractor working alongside Chapman & Taylor architects.
