This starts from our residents’ first interaction with us through to the viewing and move in experience, their experience of living in one of our communities and finally to their departure.

Go Native properties have been designed with a modern lifestyle in mind, incorporating features such as co-working spaces, coffee shops, cocktail bars,florists and barbers where amenity space is available. We have developed a ‘one-bill’ concept which includes all costs and services, providing guests & residents with certainty around anticipated payments and a hugely simplified move in and out experience.

We’ve invested in developing a bespoke operating platform that provides our business with an unrivalled KPI driven property management capability. The platform provides real time data insight on individual property performance, enabling us to respond rapidly to changes in local or macro market conditions, service delivery time frames and quality and detailed aspects of a resident’s experience.

Compliance & Reporting

We provide a comprehensive institutional grade reporting suite covering letting and building management KPIs, performance commentary and detailed P&Ls for all of our asset owners.

A summary pack is prepared for asset manager/ strategic decision makers for every asset to help establish a clear understanding of the asset performance linked to pre-agreed KPIs and budgets.

Files are delivered in CSV at each month-end to enable upload into a variety of reporting systems including Yardi. All data is stored in and reports generated from our propriety system iGNite.
